Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat egg yolks; add with milk into dry ingredients.
Beat until batter is smooth.
Add melted butter and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Preheat iron and bake 3 to 4 minutes.
