Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste (optional)
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 small jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and pepper; drain grease drippings.
    Add oregano, parsley flakes, garlic salt, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomatoes; let simmer.
    Grate Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese; set aside.
    Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions.
    Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Begin with sauce (about 3/4 cup), then a layer of noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Alternate in this way, ending with sauce on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    Slice and serve.
