Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. orange jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
    1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add rind and cranberry sauce. Stir. Chill until thick. Stir in pineapple and celery. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
