Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. crushed fresh garlic
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley (dried)
    2 lb. Italian sausage (links)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Put onion, garlic and olive oil in pan; saute for 5 minutes. Slice sausage; fry until done.
    Put all other ingredients in crock-pot, then put onion, garlic and sausage all in.
    Put on 1 or 2; slow cook all day.
    Make spaghetti.
    Feeds about 12 people. Great for working mothers.
