Modeling Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    food coloring
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes doughy in consistency. Knead until cool.
    Not edible. Stays soft much longer than play dough.
    Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated.
