Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. sliced almonds
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    2 tsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, but the cheese and potato chips in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese and potato chip crumbs on top.
    Bake in 325 oven 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Serves 8.
