Low Calorie Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O with NutraSweet (large)
    1 carton low-fat cottage cheese (large)
    1 can crushed pineapple in own juice (large)
    1 carton light Cool Whip (large)
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups of boiling water with Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
    Add cottage cheese.
    Drain pineapple and add.
    Add pecans and fold in Cool Whip.
    This makes a very large salad.
