Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    pepper to taste
    paprika
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Drain salmon; save liquid.
    Flake salmon.
    Combine cracker crumbs and seasonings with liquid; mix thoroughly.
    Pack into small greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika and parsley flakes.
    Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
