Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
    1/3 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
Preparation
    Beat first 3 ingredients.
    Blend in next 2 and 2 tablespoons parsley.
    Shape into 9-inch log.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Chill. Mix remaining parsley and almonds.
    Use to coat log.
    Makes 3 cups.
