Ham And Cheese Strata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices of cubed bread
4 oz. cubed light velveeta
1 c. cubed ham
6 beaten eggs
2 c. skim milk
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
4 oz. shredded reduced fat cheddar
Preparation

Place half of the bread cubes in a well greased baking dish. Arrange cubed cheese and ham evenly over the first layer of bread cubes.
Uniformly top ham with the remaining bread cubes.
Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt, then pour evenly over bread. Top with shredded cheddar.
Refrigerate overnight and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve immediately.
