Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter
    32 caramels
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 bag chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda and butter (save 1/2 cup for top).
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Melt caramels and milk.
    Mix chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour caramels over crust, then chocolate chips and the 1/2 cup of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
