Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 lb. pork sausage or 1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    8 c. frozen shredded hash browns (uncooked)
    1 c. Monterey and Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Oil 12-inch pizza pan (or 9 x 12-inch cake pan) with butter or cooking spray.
    Unroll crescents and form crust on pan (pull to cover).
    Brown sausage or bacon and drain well.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and butter.
    Sprinkle over crust, meat, hash browns, egg mixture and cheese.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
