Creamy Chicken Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked, skinned, boned and diced
    12 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    3 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (I use more, I like cheese)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and spread on flour tortillas or pitas.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes or until bubbly.
