Mixed Vegetable Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli (flowerets)
    1 large potato (3/4-inch cubes)
    2 carrots (1/3-inch slices)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 Tbsp. coriander powder
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Steam broccoli until tender.
    Deep fry potato on high heat until golden and tender.
    Then deep fry carrots until tender. Drain and set aside vegetables.
