Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Filling:
    Blend
    cream cheese, egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and
    1 teaspoon
    vanilla;
    beat
    until lemon color.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into cream cheese mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25\tminutes
    in
    13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool for 1 hour.
