salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash roast and pat dry.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Roast at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook 15 minutes per pound.
Comes out medium-rare.
Adjust for more well done.
