Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 large can Brooks chili hot beans (28 oz.)
1 can Brooks tomatoes with onions
chili powder to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
flour tortillas
1 carton sour cream
1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. shredded Colby cheese
salsa
Preparation

Stir chili hot beans, tomatoes with onions, chili powder and Tabasco sauce into ground beef.
Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan in this order:
