Sweet Potato Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 marshmallows
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Shape 1/4 mixture around each marshmallow.
    Roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until marshmallows begin to ooze.
    Makes 8 servings.
    May be frozen and baked when needed.
