Filled Barquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 (2-inch long) baked barquettes*
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, thawed
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spoon thawed spinach souffle into barquettes and bake on greased baking sheets until golden (about 10 minutes).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Serve hot.
