Chocolate Yummies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat; cool. Combine biscuit mix and sugar.
    Stir in egg, milk, chocolate mixture and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Fold in coconut and drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
    Spread tops with buttercream frosting or chocolate frosting.
    Decorate if desired.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
