Baked Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1 Tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs, toasted
    1/4 c. skim milk or chicken stock
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until just blended.
    Do not overmix. Press the mixture into 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve hot or cold.
