Deanna'S Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 10 medium potatoes
1 yellow onion, large
1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat or Polish kielbasa
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp garlic powder (optional)
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger and set aside. If using kielbasa slice into quarter-sized pieces and set aside. Put olive oil into pan. Wash and slice potatoes and onion into pan.
Cook until done. Add hamburger or kielbasa, soup and milk. Heat together with garlic powder. Add cheese. It is done when cheese is melted and mixed together with the rest of the ingredients. Shredded cheese can be sprinkled on top for a colorful touch.
