Bottoms Up Berry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine gelatin and berries; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients at low speed; then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Spread batter over marshmallows; spoon gelatin-berry mixture over batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Berries sink and marshmallows will rise.
