Stuffed Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Wash peppers.
    Cut off tops and clean out.
    Chop tops.
    Place peppers in 2 quarts of salt water.
    Bring to a boil, cover and then reduce heat.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain peppers and set aside.
