Mexican Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 small can chopped chilies
    pinch of garlic powder
    salsa
    tortillas (soft)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients adding 1 tablespoon of salsa.
    Spread mixture evenly on soft tortillas.
    Roll tortillas up and refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Serve with remaining salsa to use as dip.
