Baked Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 pork chops
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can beef consomme
    scant 1/4 can water
    onion
    tomato
    bell pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown chops in a little oleo.
    Spread uncooked rice evenly in an oblong baking dish.
    Put chops on top. Put one slice of tomato, onion and bell pepper on top.
    If you don't have tomato and pepper on hand, onion alone will do.
