Blender Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fruit or berries (slice either bananas, peaches, blueberries, etc.)
4 oz. low-fat or skim milk or low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey, sugar or maple syrup
1 Tbsp. unprocessed wheat bran
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients.
Process until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass.
Each 1 glass serving contains 1 gram of fat and 202 calories.
