Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 container whipped cream or topping
    chocolate sauce and chopped nuts
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup water and 1/2 cup margarine to boil. Add 1 cup flour all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Cool. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well with spoon or mixer. Spread on cookie sheet, 11 x 15, or 2 round ones. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool. Don't prick.
