Bagogii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cheap cut steak
    1 large onion
    1 bunch green onions
    3 carrots, peeled
    2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    cooked white rice
Preparation
    Slice meat very thin and put in a bowl.
    Slice onion thin and chop green onions.
    Add to meat.
    Julienne carrots to matchstick size.
    Add carrots and all other ingredients except rice to meat. Mix well.
    Heat up a large frying pan until very hot.
    Add meat mixture and stir-fry until done.
    Spoon over hot white rice and serve.
