Holiday Yam Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (40 oz.) can yams
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick melted margarine
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
mini marshmallows (enough to cover top)
Preparation

Drain yams and pineapple.
Put into casserole dish.
Combine other ingredients except marshmallows.
Pour over yams.
Bake 30 minutes on 350\u00b0.
Take out and cover with marshmallows.
Cook for 10 or 15 minutes longer or until marshmallows are light brown.
