Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked turkey, diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (equal to 1/2 c. raw rice)
    1 tsp. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 11 ingredients and pour into casserole.
    Cover with crushed potato chips.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
