Graham Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 graham crackers
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    little salt
    2 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 crumbs with brown sugar and margarine.
    Line pan with this.
    Sift flour and salt.
    Add hot milk.
    Add egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool.
    Add vanilla; pour on crumbs.
    Cover with egg whites (mixed with remaining sugar) and beaten until stiff.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake in moderate oven until egg whites are brown.
