Salmon Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. onions
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; rub with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
