Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium to large mushrooms
1 lb. Jones sausage
1 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley
white wine
Preparation
-
Saute sausage with onion and garlic.
Mix all ingredients together and moisten with a little white wine.
Pull off stem and pack mushrooms to overflow; press down.
Cook 10 minutes, covered with foil, and 10 minutes without in a 375\u00b0 oven.
