Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 strips bacon, cut up
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; set aside.
    While still warm, peel and cube potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt, sugar, celery seed, vinegar and onions and mix well.
    Fry bacon until crisp and pour bacon and grease over potatoes; mix thoroughly.
    If too dry, add a bit of hot water.
    Put in serving bowl and serve warm.
