Frozen Fruit Salad(Alaska) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans fruit cocktail (29 oz. size)
    1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz. size)
    small jar maraschino cherries, sliced
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. mini marshmallows
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple (save juices).
    Soften gelatine in juices; heat to dissolve.
    Cool; set aside.
    Add fruit to gelatine mixture.
    Let set until soft set; add nuts and mini marshmallows.
    Fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped).
    Pour into mold.
    A large tube pan works well.
    Freeze overnight.
    Will keep frozen for quite some time; to loosen from mold, set in warm water.
    Turn onto plate and slice.
