Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    1/2 c. cream
    1 to 2 celery tops, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. table cream
Preparation
    Drain oysters, saving the liquor, wash carefully and drain. Place oysters, liquor, salt, pepper and celery tops in pan.
    Cook until edges of oysters curl.
    Blend butter and flour and add to oysters with cream.
    Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
