Onion And Cheese Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. each: seasoned salt and pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onion rings
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese

Preparation

Melt butter.
Add seasonings.
Roll chicken in butter mixture until coated.
Cook for 1/2 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Add fresh mushrooms.
Cook an additional 1/2 hour.
Add onion rings and sprinkle with cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
