Pastry Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. butter
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    For ease in mixing have cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix well and chill for 1 hour or longer.
    Shape into balls and press into miniature muffin tin.
    Press to make a shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Turn out of muffin tin and cool.
    You can fill pastry shell with anything you wish.
    I fill with chicken salad, egg salad, pudding or fruit.
    Freezes well.
