Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, shredded beef, pork or chicken
2 c. cooked refried beans
6 large white flour tortillas
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 to 4 c. red or green chili sauce
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
Preparation

Put 1/4 cup beans and 1/4 cup meat on each tortilla.
Top with onion and cheese, fold tortilla.
Place on oven safe plate or casserole dish. Pour red or green chili sauce over burritos and garnish with remaining cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
