Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix together lightly the first 8 ingredients.
Form into meat balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake until done. Drain off grease.
Place in Corning Ware dish.
Add catsup and hot water (this can be increased if needed).
Simmer.
Serve over rice.
