Yoghurt And Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    salt to taste
    1 c. plain yoghurt
    crushed garlic and chopped mint (optional)
Preparation
    Peel the cucumber and slice it in half.
    Remove the seeds by running a teaspoon down the center of the cucumber.
    Chop very finely; mix thoroughly with other ingredients.
    If desired, garnish with crushed mint.
    Serve with rice or as a dip.
