7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter (do not use margarine)
    3 cups sugar
    5 eggs
    3 cups flour
    2 tablespoons pure lemon extract
    3/4 cup 7-Up (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 15 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add 3 cups flour and 2 tablespoons pure lemon extract. Mix well and fold in 7-Up.
    Pour into a well greased and floured bundt cake pan.
    Bake 1-1 1/4 hours or until cake test comes out clean. Do not overbake.
    Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or use a lemon glaze.
