Hummingbird Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    1 c. mashed ripened bananas
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together in a large mixing bowl flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine eggs, oil, pineapple, bananas and vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir until just combined.
    Fold in nuts.
    Grease 12 jumbo or 30 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups until 3/4 full.
    (This batter doesn't rise, it's heavy.)
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes for jumbo or 20 minutes for 2 1/2-inch.
    Remove muffins from tins and cool completely on wire racks.
    Makes 12 jumbo or thirty 2 1/2-inch muffins.
