White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potato flakes
    7 c. hot water
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine potato flakes, hot water, sugar, salt and shortening. When lukewarm, sprinkle with yeast.
    Add eggs and flour to knead. Let rise twice.
    Make into 5 loaves and let rise in greased pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 until nicely browned.
