Crock-Pot Cube Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 cube steaks
flour
1/4 c. oil
salt and pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
6 c. water

Preparation

Turn meat in flour, salt and pepper, then brown in skillet in hot oil.
In crock-pot, mix together 1/2 cup flour with 6 cups water.
Stir in spices and Kitchen Bouquet, plus 2 teaspoons salt. Add meat to gravy and cook on low for 6 hours.
