Salsa Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white rice
    6 chicken thighs
    1 medium jar picante sauce
    water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put rice in baking dish.
    Cover rice with water.
    Pour 1/2 jar picante sauce in rice and mix well.
    Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
    Pour remaining picante sauce over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
