Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
3 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
26 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Cook broccoli first; drain.
Mix onion, mayonnaise, eggs and mushroom soup.
Layer broccoli mixture, then cheese, then repeat. Put crackers on top.
Sprinkle melted butter on top of crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
