Black Forest Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 large whipped topping
1/4 c. cherry liquor (optional)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Make cake according to instructions on package, adding egg, oil and water.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan as directed.
Cool.
Mix pie filling with liquor.
Spread over cake; frost with whipped topping.
Decorate with shaved chocolate if desired.
Freezes beautifully.
