Braunschweiger Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. braunschweiger
1 can tomato soup
4 Tbsp. dry onion (put in water)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Let all soften to room temperature.
With mixer, mix all but cheese and mayonnaise until free of lumps.
Chill a few hours. When firm, form into 4 balls.
Chill again.
Mix cheese and mayonnaise so it is like an icing; spread on meat balls.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on crackers.
